30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee
At Swado, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. If our products don't meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return or exchange them under our straightforward policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Request: Submit your return or exchange request to support@swado.co within 30 days of purchase.

Prepare Your Item:
- For returns, the item must be in its original, unopened condition.
- For used items:
- Please launder the item before returning.
- Include specific feedback (with pictures or videos, if possible) to assist us in enhancing our products.

- Securely package the item to ensure it arrives safely.
- Use a trackable shipping method and send the item to:

Processing Your Return/Exchange:
- Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Exchanges: Replacement items will be dispatched within 5 business days after receiving your item.

- For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, exchanged items must be in a condition suitable for donation or recycling.
- Ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
